Mingus Tourette

Mingus Tourette may just be the first official madman of Canadian letters. In recent press, Mr. Tourette has been labelled a “shiv-wielding, profanity-hurling church-baiter, but in a good way” for his oft-profane tongue and for showing up at interviews with knife in hand.

Tourette garnered media attention for his outspoken anti-propaganda stance during the Iraq war and for his propensity to act as though he and all writers are rock stars with the god-given right to make some sort of living from the written word.

This is his first published book. He lives in Canada. Alone.
